"(Reduced operating mode)" The SpartaCom Administrator will open, however, it is operating as an evaluation version. How do I correct this?
A8. This error message is due to the Acctrol Monitor Service not having the correct privileges to start. The Acctrol Monitor user account MUST have Domain Administrator privileges.
To check this:
1. Go into Control Panel | Services.
2. Double-click on the Acctrol Monitor Service.
3. Select the button beside "This Account..."
4. This will bring up the "Add User" dialog box.
Make sure the Domain name is chosen at the top.
