NetModem is licened by the number of COM ports or Modems you wish to share from a single PC where the NetModem Server software is installed. The license allows you to install the included NetModem Client redirector software on an unlimited number of PC's at the site.

A Seperate license key is required for each PC running the NetModem Server software. The included NetModem Client software never requires license keys.

As of version 3.0, Site licences include SSL Encryption (Not available in all countries). Our staff can assist you with configuring either a self-signed SSL Certificate, or a signed SSL certificate issued by a Certificate Authority (CA).

You can always purchase more ports for an existing license, by paying the difference in price. Please contact us to purchase additional ports, or if you wish to purchase a license for a number of ports that are not listed. Licensing is available for up to 256 physical modem ports per server.

License certificates are provided electronically in PDF format. The license certificate contains a license key which removes the 30 day limit. If you are already using the NetModem software in evaluation mode you do not need to restall it after purchasing a license.

Premium Support is included with a site license. Our support hours are 7:00AM - 8:00 PM PST Monday-Friday, and limited hours on weekends and holidays.

If you are a consultant or reseller, please be sure to provide the end user company name and address for our records, which can be entered into the "ship to" field of the checkout form. There is no physical shipment since NetModem is electronically licensed and downloadable.

Please be sure to download the evaluation before ordering. Refunds are not available once a license is issued.
