History
PC Micro was founded in 1986. We began as a small IT
company, providing network planning, design, implementation,
deployment, applications integration, as well as full
systems sales and support. Our support covered hardware
and software systems running DOS, Windows, Citrix, Unix,
Linux, and Novell. During the 1990's we specialized
in Remote Access and Modem Server solutions, becoming
the second largest Remote Access support site in North
Amercia. PC Micro was founded on a "full service" methodology
which resulted in a large family of long-term clients,
many of which we still support 20 years later.
Today
Beginning in January 2000, PC Micro's primary focus
has been to provide and support Serial port to TCP/IP
redirection solutions. We soon became the leading global
provider of modem sharing and Serial port redirection
software, with thousands of international customers
ranging from large corporations to startup businesses
in most industries, including Financial, Health Care,
Telecommunications, Government, Utilities and Aerospace.
We partnered with several leading developers to provide
a wide range of communications redirection software
over the years. We succeed by listening to our customers
needs, and ensuring that the new solutions we provide
are built to last for the long term.
